Information We Collect

When you contact Main St. Systems, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, service interest, and the message you submit. We also collect website analytics through Ahrefs Analytics, such as pages visited, referring source, browser type, and approximate device information.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, provide services, improve the website, measure marketing performance, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, forms, analytics, email, scheduling, and customer communication. These providers process information only as needed to support Main St. Systems operations.

We use a lightweight internal contact-click tracker to understand when visitors click phone, text message, or email links on our website. This tracker records the type of contact link clicked, the page where the click occurred, the referring page when available, basic device screen width, and a short link label. It does not record pageviews, browsing sessions, form submissions, message contents, or information typed into forms. The tracker respects browser Do Not Track signals where available.
